This service is provided through Nexbillpay, a third party payment processor, specializing in secure bill payment options. If you are using this service for the first time, you will be prompted to register a new Nexbillpay account prior to making your payment. When registering your account, you will need your CUSTOMER # and PIN # from your utility billing statement.
