Harpersville Library Summer Reading Program

Our Summer Reading Program is a time of fun for children k-4 through 6th grade. We meet each Tuesday during the month of June from 1:00pm-3:30pm. During our program we hope to instill a love of reading in our participants.  We use games, crafts, story time, and snacks centered around our theme. This year the theme is Tails and Tales. As you can imagine, the theme is animals and sure to interest children. We also give a small prize just for coming and a prize for every book they read. We have grand prizes at the end for our top readers. The children get a chance to see that reading is fun!
